Most of our items are handmade or hand-finished in-house, in small batches. Slight differences in color, texture, and pattern are part of their individual character. Check each product page for details about how that item is made.

Question 10

What materials do you use?

Question 12

Question 15

How should I use candles and wax melts?

Accepted Answer

Follow the safety and use instructions supplied with your product and warmer. Keep candles and warmers away from children, pets, drafts, and anything flammable. Never leave them unattended while in use, and let wax cool before handling.

Question 16

How long will my home fragrance last?

Accepted Answer

Longevity depends on the product, size, scent, room conditions, and how it is used. Check the listing for product-specific estimates. Wax melts can be reused until their scent fades; diffuser and spray longevity will vary with use and environment.

Question 17

How strong are your scents, and how long does perfume last?

Accepted Answer

Scent strength varies by fragrance and product type. Our perfumes are Eau de Parfum; wear time depends on skin chemistry, application, and environment. Read the scent notes on the listing, and contact us if you would like help choosing a fragrance.

Question 18

Do you test your fragrances on animals?

Accepted Answer

We do not test on animals, and our fragrance oils are cruelty-free. Ingredients vary by fragrance. If you need confirmation that a particular item is vegan or meets an ingredient requirement, please contact us before ordering.

Question 19

How do I care for my items?

Accepted Answer

Follow the care guidance on the product page and any instructions included with your order. Generally, fabric pet accessories can be spot-cleaned or gently hand-washed and air-dried; décor should be dusted gently and kept away from excess moisture; jewelry should be kept away from water, perfume, and lotions.

Question 20

How should my pet wear its accessories?

Accepted Answer

Use the accessory as directed with a properly fitted collar and supervise your pet while wearing it. Remove it during rough play, sleep, or unsupervised time. Decorative accessories do not replace a collar or restraint, and any breakaway function depends on the collar itself.
