Below is our current shipping policy so you know exactly what to expect when placing an order.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after purchase.

Please note:

  • Handmade and custom items may require additional processing time.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship primarily using USPS.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • USPS First Class: 2–5 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.

Mella Mella Boutique is not responsible for shipping delays once packages are in the carrier’s possession.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Occasionally, we may offer shipping promotions or flat rates during special events or seasons.

Address Accuracy

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses

  • Packages returned due to insufficient or incorrect address information

If a package is returned, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once your package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Mella Mella Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damage.

Each case will be handled individually and fairly.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after receiving your shipping notification.

Custom & Seasonal Items

Custom or personalized orders may take longer to ship.
Seasonal items may have limited shipping windows depending on availability.
