Mella Mella Boutique – Return Policy

At Mella Mella Boutique, each item is lovingly handmade or carefully curated. Because of the nature of our products, we strive to be as fair and transparent as possible when it comes to returns.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or damaged.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene, safety, and customization, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Candles, wax melts, and perfumes

  • Any personal care products

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Pet items that have been used

  • Final sale/clearance items


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We will gladly work with you on a replacement or store credit.


How to Start a Return

To begin a return, email us at:

Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of approval.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued as:

  • Original form of payment, or

  • Store credit
    within 5–7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
